Show HN: WebXR AI 3D Showroom for E-commerce (Three.js Demo)

https://shop-webplikacija.pages.dev
1•mmsoftstudio•1h ago
Hi HN,

I built an experimental WebXR-based 3D showroom platform for e-commerce.

I built this as an experiment to explore how WebXR and AI could change online shopping experiences.

Instead of traditional product pages, visitors can explore products inside an interactive 3D environment and potentially interact with AI assistants.

The demo currently includes:

• WebXR / Three.js immersive scene • Interactive 3D product displays • Concept for AI shopping assistants • Voice interaction concept • Designed for enterprise e-commerce platforms

Live demo: https://shop-webplikacija.pages.dev

I would really appreciate feedback from developers here, especially about:

• performance on mobile devices • usability of the 3D interface • potential real-world applications in e-commerce

Thanks!

Hi HN,

I built this WebXR AI 3D showroom for e-commerce as an experiment to explore how immersive product browsing could work directly in the browser.

The demo uses Three.js and WebXR to create an interactive environment where users can walk around and explore products.

My goal was to see whether combining 3D environments with AI assistance could make online shopping more engaging than traditional product pages.

The platform runs fully in the browser without installs, and the goal was to explore how immersive 3D environments could improve product discovery and online shopping.

Happy to answer any questions about the tech stack, WebXR implementation, or the AI integration. Feedback from the developer community would be very valuable.

Curious what people think about WebXR for e-commerce.

Do you think immersive product browsing could actually improve online shopping, or are traditional product pages still better?

Ask HN: Why do analytics tools show what happened but not why?
