One interesting aspect of AI adoption is that the constraint shifts from capability to judgment. I think when tools become widely available, the difference between teams often comes down to how clearly leaders can decide what should actually be built, automated, or ignored. In that sense AI doesn't remove leadership judgment, I believe it makes its absence easier to see.
