Ask HN: Which EU country would you recommend for setting up a startup?

1•stein1946•1h ago
I am an EU citizen with full rights, and besides the EU I would eventually like to serve North America. Where would you recommend I setup a company?

I am between Estonia and the Netherlands and I'd like some advice from people who have setup in either

Why not in Delaware?

There are a huge number of factors to consider depending on your company's goals and your personal goals. Things like access to investors, access to talent/staff, your desire to relocate, your profit/reinvestment intentions and tax treatment.

Maybe describe why you're interested in Netherlands & Estonia.
