We've spent more than $20 trillion dollars on 'wars' in that region since 2003.
We've killed millions.
The people responsible have made billions.
These 'numbers' (ie, our future potential, not to mention millions of lives) don't ever seem to have much effect.
Trump talks about military action in Iran - and both sides of the aisle stand up and clap like crazed seals. Harris talks about 'the most lethal military' and the DNC roar with approval.
But hey, the DOW was over 50,000 or whatever.
... It's almost like there's a big club that we're not in.
