Maybe worth a try - bash script that chains ClaudeCode into a 3-agent swarm (architect/builder/janitor) that grinds through TODO.md files across multiple projects.

Runs on the Max sub so no API costs. Pretty minimal, just bash + the claude CLI.

It is light, "free" - no extra API calls as it routes via your claudecode max subscription ( yes which you need to pay for) and an easy way to get started with Swarms, with commits off by default - thats your manual step.

All handled by simple TODO in each project, and managed well, by your little claudecode instance.
