I am the creator of NERV-UI. I spent the last few weeks building this React component library inspired by the interfaces in Neon Genesis Evangelion (specifically the NERV and MAGI systems).
It started as a joke. I just wanted to see if I could recreate that brutalist, 90s anime military aesthetic for the web. But I kept going, and it turned into a full open-source project.
The main link points to the live documentation where you can see the components in action. The goal was to make it very simple to drop into an existing React codebase to get hazard stripes, sharp borders, and terminal layouts without fighting complex CSS.
This is my first release, and I am actively looking for feedback. I would love to hear your thoughts on the code structure, the component API, or what HUD elements I should build next.
I will be around to answer any questions.
