Have been building JobsByCulture for the last few weeks. I built this because I kept ending in toxic workplaces. I felt there should be an easier way to figure out how a company is really like to work at before committing to a role there.

I started looking at Glassdoor reviews and felt that is something when combined with the job postings will make a lot more sense than directly applying to jobs without any idea about that company.

I have currently onboarded 5500+ jobs, 18 values and 40 companies so far. Users can check out company cultures before they even click apply and can also see real pros and cons based on real employee reviews.

I'm shipping almost everyday to make this a better expierence for everyone.
