I have tried this tool, applied to a real life context in my company - it's really an eye opener! It helped me understand the other side's perspective and approach it from a different angle. Super useful - it does not lead you straight to all the answers in one go, but uses very interesting methodology and helps approach the subject from different perspective, which I found extremely useful, as we ususlly get deeply trapped in our own perspective and emotions. Highly recommend. It works in various contexts- work or private. And thanks to the author who came up with the idea and elegant solution- we all need it on a daily basis!
