I'm not a developer. I'm an independent researcher who saw a gap and wrote a spec to describe it. ANP, A2A, and AGNTCY solve how agents communicate. Nobody has solved whether they should trust each other. This is my attempt to define that layer. Two concepts I haven't seen elsewhere: 1. A weighted reputation scoring algorithm where bad events move scores four times faster than good ones — because that's how trust actually works in the real world. 2. Metacommunication — agents broadcasting real-time probability signals about whether a transaction will complete successfully. Not what's happening. Not why. Just how likely it is to succeed, updated continuously. Think of it as the difference between a black box and a progress bar. The spec is done. The implementation is an open invitation.
