Every now and then I kinda let myself go (get up later and later, end up eating our more than i should, be generally much lazier and sedentary, stuff like that).
Over the years I've realized that some things help me get back on track.
As I'm now starting to think more deeply and seriously I wonder if other people have developed a set of things to do and/or practices to go back on track, in the sense of going back to live life consistently day by day, proactively rather than reactively.
If you do have such protocol for yourself, would you mind sharing it?
I'm in the process of reflecting on it in order to start doing some tests and develop my own.
I'm not sure I'm picking the right words (I'm not a native speaker of english) but I hope people understand me anyway.
