I buy specialty coffee seriously. And every new bag I open, I'm back to square one — guessing grind, guessing temp, wasting the first few brews just to dial in.

Really cool project. One request from an Italian: consider adding espresso and moka pot support. You built this to solve your own problem with pour-over, and filter coffee is a perfectly valid life choice. But over here we also waste a lot of good beans getting grind size, temperature, and coffee dose wrong, and we'd love to be part of this too!
