I have created a Google account. I was created the account to control my phone uses. I had used this account as a parent account and my email as a child account to lock my phone. I forgotten the parental account password .I have written the password to my notebook.I tried both to log in but Google said it's wrong.I can not recover account because I created the as a extra account of my phone without entering phone number or recovery email.Now, I am frustrated.I can't hard reset as it may trigger FRP.I have used it to reduce my screen time.But Its very bad happened.
