Over the past months, I’ve been trying to move a company toward being “AI-native”.
What we found is that most approaches focus on tools, not on how work is structured.
So I built a framework around:
- a maturity model
- an operating model
- playbooks for teams and individuals
- workflow specification as a core primitive
It’s published under Creative Commons and available in 6 languages.
The goal is not to prescribe tools, but to define what an AI-native company actually looks like in practice.
Would be interested in feedback, especially from people trying to operationalize AI beyond prototypes.
