Hello friends, I am a web developer of about 30 years and created a simple interval timer app and wanted to share it with you, since It's been useful to me among many other people, it's free

The motivation is an app that allows for multi-step timer sequences (e.g., Work → Break → Work → Long Break). Each step has its own duration, name, color, and alarm sound. Visual progress bars so you see where you are in the sequence Timer get a shareable URL

I use it for 3-hour deep work blocks and it's been very useful for staying in flow without context-switching to check "how much time is left."

Would love feedback from this community. Thank you for your attention.
