Author here. Ran this against 591 listings from agentic-engineering-jobs.com (a board I run). The bit that surprised me most: LangChain-specific roles pay $60-70k less than framework-agnostic ones, despite LangChain being 2x the next framework by mentions.

Happy to answer methodology questions or share the raw cuts.
