my company intentionally avoids all AI usage and yet our enterprise google workspace is still constantly sending us ai generated summaries of all of our various sensitive documents

imo emails are intentionally meant to be brief/informative, they often don't need to be reduced/summarized further. that's how critical context gets missed.

semantic search is helpful, but i would rather have a smart tagging/labeling system built in. not everything needs to be a chat
