This isn't a legal AI. It's just a minimalistic CRM with an AI chatbot that wasn't able to actually search the (test) documents that I uploaded to the test account or do any sort of meaningful analysis.

You're better off paying for an actual Legal Practice SaaS with agentic features if you really want to use AI. But to be honest, if you're a lawyer you're better off not fooling around with half-assed AI.
