With the hope that newer technologies will be able to counter the attempts of thought poisoning by formalizing what is already plain and clear to a limpid intuition. If the intellectual crisis in many areas of the world today inhibit calling things with their own name, let us hope that the Automation of Proper Thought - progresses towards which we may have seen some glimpses recently - will solve that silence (which has become the primary fault in the intellectuals' class today - they largely discuss but they do not properly qualify).

Sure the enemy (of the Decent) will fight on the same lines as they always did (propaganda, ventrality etc.), but one day we will be aided by an Automated Explainer that will output the basic replies to ideas such as "health benefits of drinking from puddles".

Edit: it must be added that we could soon also arrive to technologies that will enable to reframe biased, bent expressions giving a full context - disambiguating what could be different from the apparent (or maybe worse).

--

Edit: vouched because "we must be aware of the world we live in", and because the matter has great importance, and because the content (as hinted above) has relevance to the analysis (and assessment, and evaluation) of thought, which will be a major technical and scientific area in the forthcoming future (given the urgencies and the current technological premises). The "intellectual interest" is: the phenomenon (of the proposal of such positions) is interesting, and the theory of managing such phenomenon is immensely interesting (and of paramount importance).
