I’m shocked this was the case to begin with. Why wouldn’t they be validated by American companies? What other products have this type of untrustworthy certification?

According to the article many of the labs are subsidiaries owned by american testing firms.

These EMI labs should already be audited by the FCC, so this just seems like sinophobia to me.

Or an opportunity for Trump's shell companies in the Caribbean to receive large anonymous cryptocurrency payments a few hours or days before certain labs get re-certified on ambiguous grounds.
