Unclear what CCR and CCA are. Any (ex) Hubbers able to shed light?

I think the same issue from a couple of days ago is resurfaced because I can't see Pull Requests that were opened just minutes ago and merged PRs are still showing in the list: https://github.com/mohsen1/tsz/pulls

For us: newly created PRs, don't show in the PR list. Only way to reach is direct link.

PR's not showing properly for us, closed PR's showing as open, and seeing odd branch conflict warnings not reflected upon inspection.

I got some email notifications from GitHub delivered pretty late, so I wonder if this is more than just the CCR/CCA. Email notification for a comment just arrived about 80 minutes after it was posted.

Not often I see issues during prime EU working hours.
