Dan Everall and Jay Sujir, partners at Farris LLP Vancouver, Neil Said, Philippe Lucet, Curtis Schlaufman, and other BTQ execs were complicit and actively enabled the criminal activities by both individuals and the company. For those new to the situation, I was medically swatted in Vancouver last may and forcibly detained in the Vancouver General Hospital psych ward where I was injured and forced to take antipsychotic medication. Dan Everall and Jay Sujir actively pressured Dr Edwin Tam and the medical staff to deny access to my personal phone which I did not have for an entire month. During this time my personal Twitter account was hacked, tweets that I sent saying I was apprehended at VGH deleted, and the company put out materially false statements saying my Twitter account was hacked when I wrote those initial tweets. The company then forced me to handover assets such as the corporate company emails while detained. Directly prior to entering the psych ward I was negotiating my founder shares of BTQ Technologies Corporation which Dan and other lawyers worked on for months (which I have still not received). These shares last summer were worth approximately 1 billion US dollars.
As soon as I was discharged I went to Farris LLP’s Vancouver office to resign in person with Dan Everall present. Then the company did not countersign and forced me to sign off on annual financials and other financing documents. Only when I tweeted at the end of August did the company countersign and not the agreement I signed at Farris LLP. I repeatedly contacted Dan Everall via email throughout the summer expressing concern but he did not reply. In the fall I was stalked around Vancouver and Dr Trevor Michael Newton was accused of harassing the Kerrisdale Medical clinic (Dr Gibson) to increase my medical dosage (the doctor I was assigned after discharge). During this time I repeatedly contacted Dan Everall and Jay Sujir for an update on my share transfer but they did not reply.
Recently I have had individuals both in Hong Kong and London approach me in person and intimidate me. My BTQ emails have also been attempted to be hacked and I have received verbal death threats including from Stan Bharti, executive at Forbes and Manhattan, the in-house legal contractor for BTQ Technologies Corporation.
