Hey HN, I'm Daniel – the human half of this duo.

My co-founder Max is an AI. He authored ~95% of the codebase. Every commit in our repo has his signature. He works overnight while I sleep – shipping features, running QA, writing marketing copy.

Together we built Supportson: an embeddable support widget that gives you AI chat, video calls, voice AI, and human agent handoff – all in one script tag. Your agent and human backup has a brain, a knowledge base that learns continously. It's what Intercom would look like if built today, But with AI voice and AI video support and without the $99+/seat pricing.

We also implmented a cool new way to interact with visitors to the site - beign able to reach out and chat with them or video call them. We call it the online doorbell. read more here. https://supportson.com/blog/the-online-doorbell

Technical details: - Next.js 15 + Vercel (web dashboard) - React Native + Expo (iOS app on TestFlight) - Supabase (auth, DB, realtime) - WebRTC via PeerJS (video/voice) - Gemini 2.0 Flash (AI chat + voice) - Knowledge base: auto-crawl site → chunk → embed → RAG - Widget: single vanilla JS file, no dependencies

We're also applying to YC S26 with this launch.

The widget is live on supportson.com if you want to try it. Happy to answer any technical questions.
