Continued issues here. It appears to only be the Search service from my experience.

Down for me too, in the Philippines. Maybe it’s not down in the US. I found out when I was using DuckDuckGo just fine while my friend thought the internet was down, that was kind of fun.

It's down for searches that aren't cached. Searching "Test" works, but searching "asdcjjcwj2jk" doesn't, for example.
