These always existed:

1) You can give crony positions to wife/friends/relatives, VP of something 2) You can donate to wife/friends/relatives non-profit 3) You can give subcontracts to wife/friends/relatives companies 4) You can give cash, tickets to events 5) SuperPACs, etc

These are new innovations:

1) You can pay later (call it tip instead of bribe) 2) You can 'invest' in their company 3) You can buy their new and fancy crypto coin 4) You can send crypto to their wallet (not completely new)

Pretty sure lots of other schemes exist.
