This is the reason on why I use linux. I wish Mac was not full of paid apps.

Here’s a little bit more of context[0].
IMHO this is a very reasonable price. We have been accustomed to having free software, but the reality is, there is actual cost behind things. I don’t mind paying for things that are worth it.
Furthermore the app stays fully open-source, the gates can be removed easily if you really don’t want to pay.
