I built a provider-neutral AI agent skill pack for founders working through the AI-native startup journey. The idea is inspired by Anthropic's "The Founder’s Playbook: Building an AI-Native Startup."
The pack is organized around four stages:
- Idea: validate the customer, pain, market, and AI-native wedge
- MVP: scope the first useful product, architecture, coding-agent tasks, and evals
- Launch: clarify positioning, founder-led sales, pricing, onboarding, and feedback loops
- Scale: diagnose bottlenecks across metrics, hiring, operations, GTM, and fundraising
The skills do not require a specific AI provider. They use generic AI roles such as chat assistant, coding agent, collaborative workspace, workflow agent, and model/API platform. Provider examples are optional references only.
I feel this can not only help with AI-native startup founders, but also help everyone who needs to make decisions during their journey for exploration and discovering interesting and meaningful things.
