posted this here because at least in Berlin DeliveryHero is a gateway for folks to come from other countries, obtain a work visa that DH sponsors, and get integrated into teh German tech scene. DeliveryHero alongside Zalando, and a handful of others have done well-ish and I think might be takeover targets.

DeliveryHero has a worker's council, a union of sorts, that will make mass firings or reorgs hard for Uber to pull off and of course this presupposes they get regulatory approval.

For berlin based tech people like myself this is very, very interesting.
