I wrote about some of the automations, hacks and techniques I've built to help organize daily life with ADHD. I'm deliberately skipping the low-tech solutions (labels, notes, priority storage) to focus on automations, as I feel this area gets less attention in my experience.
I'm currently tweaking some others to make sure they're sound enough to share.
For example, I've yet to find a good solution for our dishwasher. I often forget to put a tab in the dishwasher and actually turn it on after loading it. My current draft essentially relies on a door/window sensor and checking for how long it's been open, potentially indicating that my wife or I were loading it.
I am curious to know though - what less-than-conventional automations have you made for yourself?
