Slack claims '100% uptime' this quarter, even tho they have had many incidents. They currently have an outage which is causing messages to be delayed by up to 15 minutes. This effectively makes the product down. They obviously manually update their status page so they can claim uptime when they are having issues. This shouldn't be allowed.
