Trying to find some good real-estate spots to invest in Bangalore, India and spend some time mapping it out with Claude. Thought i'd share here incase its useful for anyone else.

The page plots locations around Bangalore city with estimates of pricing per square foot historical and projected based on new metro lines and other factors. There's a lot of extrapolation but backtesting with some of my existing investments there the number look plausible.

Some additional factors i've plotted that were important to me are Metro lines(current, upcoming) and water supply ( some parts of the city are notorious for lack of water during summer).

Claude did some research online to find new apartment complexes that are being built by top builders in India. These helped me narrow down which builders to reach out to. Unsurprisingly a large percentage of new developments still trace proposed or under construction metro lines, But I did manage to find a few hidden gems.

Claude played city planner and suggested best new routes for additional metro lines.These actually made sense considering the population density and existing connectivity.

I'm still playing with this on off hours but its helped me narrow down the builders and projects I want to focus on. If it helps you send me a ping would love to know what you used it for.
