Author here. I founded SaaS products like Seafile and SeaTable. Over time, support became a major bottleneck. A lot of work went into switching between GitHub issues, forum threads, and email support, and rebuilding context before anything could be handled. With SeaTicket, everything related to support is handled in one place. An AI agent pulls related historical discussions, reconstructs context, and suggests possible resolutions and replies. When resolved, it syncs updates back to the original source and keeps the history for future cases.
