Really couldn't say it better. My experience is less LLM related and I rarely use them. When I do use LLMs it makes me stressed because things move so quickly and I know I'm just glancing over text/details rather than initiating the thought myself. One of the parts of professional software development I love the most is flow state. I'm mostly doing PM work now and there's rarely any flow state - or if there is it's short lived like maybe half an hour. Thanks for the share.
