When we overload ourselves with information, we tend to forget it very fast. The introduction of AI just makes it far worse cause it forces us to learn a lot of things (which is on a surface level)... and overtime we forget how to think. That is why i think that AI should only be used for repetitive tasks.

People who filter in a methodically aggressive way should do the best in such an information society. It should help for oneself to constantly remind themselves what value they are trying to get out of the information they are consuming. I find having a clear goal of what I'm trying to get out of a book for example to help me be more engaged and motivated.
