Tell HN: Listening to blog posts is a nice form of self-therapy

1•mmarian•1h ago
Been a bit down after giving up on trying to launch startups, indie hacker style. I initially tried talking to LLMs and posting on forums. The answers I got were right, but they just didn't help me on an emotional level.

What surprised me was how nice I found listening to blog posts from people who went through something similar. Yes, listening, because when I tried to read the posts I found myself skimming them. There's something about following a single person's experience that's made me feel less bad about myself, even if I don't fully agree with those people's thoughts or conclusions.

Just wanted to throw it out there in case anyone else that's looking for this, willingly or unconsciously.
