I'm building LogiSheets, a spreadsheet that adds structure directly into the grid. The idea is that many spreadsheet failures—both human and software—come from the same problem: everything is addressed by position instead of identity.

I'd especially love feedback on whether this solves a real problem, or if existing tools already solve it well. The article includes a Factory Simulator demo built on top of the model.
