Natural language is fine for engineering specifications.

It doesn't logically follow to blame the limitations of your parrot on language.

"My parrot just can't seem to be able pick up method acting. I blame the English language! It was never meant for such extemporizations, and treating it as one quietly caps what you can achieve with your pet parrot."

This maps well to technical debt but harder to see. At least with code debt you can grep for the mess. Prompt debt is invisible until it breaks something in production
