A native Windows TAR orchestrator – a lightweight, portable, and smart solution designed for instant deployment.

SmartTAR is a standard orchestrator built on top of the native Windows tar.exe. The output is, and always will be, a standard TAR archive – just encapsulated within an intelligent .star container that holds all the necessary data blocks and manifests.
