The mechanic: Töllin, an animated tree coach inspired by the Tree of Tule from Oaxaca, Mexico, builds your program around your equipment, schedule injuries and preferences. After 3 workouts you're assigned a plant/mushroom friend whose body transforms based on your consistency — train and it gets stronger, skip a month and it becomes jabba the hutt. But as soon as you start working out, your character builds up a lot faster, similar as how humans do. On the guide side, Töllin has 900+ exercises where to pick from, it usually picks workouts and programs out of the most common and simple variations you can find online (PPL, upper/lower, etc.), but always adapting it to your level. If you reduce the weight in a session, it will remember for subsequent sessions.
