"male with tattoos," "man weasring [sic] black t-shirt and shorts," and "white woman wearing grey shirt, blonde hair, black shorts with blue and white shoes."

Flock is in the news most for this it seems (probably for the government connection with law enforcement often using it), but it's worth mentioning that these features are becoming common place in security cameras. I think Verkada led the pack in really refining the "search by appearance" capability, but even the more basic systems like Ubiquiti have it at this point. If you're anywhere, assume a camera system is recording you and classifying every attribute it can.

Flock is probably the greatest note as well since it's national. The deployment of Ubiquiti I did for a city has that info live with the city rather than go to some central database. So there's that too.

I run Ubiquiti stuff and it's pretty amazing what it can do, all local.

All true. It's becoming increasingly dangerous and unacceptable to be in public spaces at all.

However, Flock (and similar companies) are amping the intensity and risk of all of this beyond reason by retaining collected data and making a nationwide spying network.
