Last week Yelp licensed 330M reviews to OpenAI. ChatGPT now recommends local businesses and lets users request quotes right in the chat. Which means a whole new channel of warm leads is about to hit small businesses that are already terrible at responding quickly.

We built an AI receptionist that answers calls for small businesses. When the Yelp/ChatGPT deal dropped, we extended it to auto-respond to Yelp leads too. 15 seconds vs the industry average of 4 hours. Curious if anyone else is building around AI-generated leads as a category.

Why do we put up with degenerate trash?
