title says it all. honestly, i asked my users (50+) for feedback. 5-10 users used disposable emails, so they bounced. the rest just ghosted me. i even have two paying users, and they didn't reply either. like, wtf.

is this normal? how do you guys get useful feedback from users who are already using (or even paying for) your product?

so anyways, i'm here asking for honest feedback. don't hold back. and no, my mail provider isn't broken.
