I originally built fantastic11.com in 2008. The browser-based lineup editor alone took me several months to build. This week, I rebuilt the entire site in just a few days using Codex and a $20 subscription. What surprised me wasn’t only the speed. The new version ended up being much more complete than the original. The workflow still feels strange: I describe what I want, spend some time with my children or take care of things around the house, then come back to find much of the implementation ready to review.
