I was inspired by the release of the Codex Micro controller (https://worklouder.cc/codex-micro) and repurposed a DJ TechTools Midi Fighter Twister I had laying around into a hardware visualizer for my Claude Code sessions.

This is a little daemon that listens for CC webhook events and updates the MIDI controller in response.

I haven't seen very many hardware visualizers for agentic workflows, and I've grown accustomed to having my agents reflected in the MIDI controller propped up under my monitor. If one needs my attention it starts flashing red and I can click on it to go to that session.
