IP geo is private industry agreement. Comcast could use an IP anywhere in its footprint, att likewise. There's no strong geographic identity of necessity in where you come from and with private IP overlay from apple or cloudflare warp and CDN selection, this is just a shitshow of reasons why your geo might not align.
