On Fri Hilton Worldwide had an outage roughly 3pm to 9pm. PEP, app, and other linked services were down. Leaving hotels to have possibly have downtime reports to handle the event. Hilton has taken a silent approach. Services do run partly on AWS, and on report during dis relate to DNS. Now with Hilton rolling out "Connected Room" all centralized services made service impossible. So what did happen; should a offline mode be increased priority of a feature add.
