> Granted, Windows 11 is not a perfect OS

that is the fine art of an understatment to nit pick a line in this article. I recently changed jobs and this new one got quite tight managed Win11 devices. Its a work device, if I can work with it its fine. BUT, and thats a big but, Win11 is such a clusterfuck its unbelieavable. Without access to my usual sleught of tools like classic Shell it was very hard to get this system to behave normally..and that is in an environment where most the super annoying things is already managed by the company. My biggest gripe right now is that clicking on the clock/date is NOT opening a calendar like view but instead a useless alert combi menu..and that the audio menu that I know is hidden deep behind many useless sub menus.

Long story short..KDE Plasma which is what i use in private and at the last job is soooo much more polished and what a working person expects than the bullshit win11 presents. But oh well..almost everything is in the browser anyway these days no?

About those numbers, I guess every larger website should be able to report by user agent reasonable well the linux desktop population by subset of their audience..that data must be buyable somewhere no?
