Hey all. We built one of the best markdown UX into Phoenix Code Editor(Adobe Brackets++ from the old days). It can:

* Directly edit the md rendered page in WYSIWYG mode.

* We can paste webpage content into the MD editor and it'll paste as formatted markdown!

* Paste tables from Excel Google Sheets etc to Markdown tables.

* Paste images directly, instead of the upload image to where and paste url workflows that makes adding images in markdown a pain.

* Code view and the md preview synced with scroll, selections and cursor.

And it is box standard Markdown, no proprietary extensions.
