Hi HN, I built Remembr: Shared Reminders, an iOS app for shared reminders between roommates, couples, or teams. Think shared task list but focused specifically on reminders/nudges rather than full task management.
Stack: Swift/SwiftUI, Firebase backend, and realtime syncing
Motivation: I was frustrated using the notes app to write down important reminders, I would forget and then see a day later that I should have remembered something. Another issue I had with the notes app was the UI, although it works for what it is, I wanted a reminder app that felt apple native and implemented more functionality than apple reminders or the notes app. While scouring the AppStore, I could not find a reminder app that had the sort of functionality I was looking for. Specifically the collaborative aspect. That’s why I decided to make Remembr. Call it scratching a personal itch, but I think this app could be beneficial to people and teams all across the space.
Would appreciate feedback, especially on new features or functionality.
