Have email conversations in Gmail, (& make sure to delete the three dots at the bottom of every email draft, because if you don't, they will expand after 50 or 100 or so emails and take up whole pages.)

Then download these emails as PDFs.

Then share them on a Wordpress with commenting enabled.

I think this is a good alternative to podcasting. People think better reading & writing instead of listening & speaking, & you can do things like share images & links which you can't do in an audio or video podcast.
