We built agents that match people who need help with people offering it

During emergencies, people ask for and offer help across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X.

The problem is that this information is scattered and hard to act on.

We built Ayuda Agente: agents that find these posts, extract the need or offer, location and original source, and organize everything into a graph and map.

You can type something like:

“I have dog food to donate.”

And it finds the people or collection centers that need it.

We started with an earthquake in Colombia, but the system is event-agnostic: it could work for floods, fires, hurricanes, conflicts or any situation where help is being coordinated through social media.

The goal isn't to create another platform. It's to connect the help that already exists with the people who need it.

Would love feedback from HN.
